Weight Loss & Healthy Body Image

    This package includes 3 sessions. To achieve the best results, I combine hypnotic programming with two other modalities that best fit an individual's needs. It is powerful and inclusive and focuses on clearing blocked energy from limited and disempowering thinking that creates patterns and habits of self-sabotage.


    This package explores the cause of self-defeating behaviors, and empowers the client toward positive and healthy guided focus to reach their weight loss and body image goals.

    This package will include hypnotic programming to clear limited thinking around self love, self value and self respect.  We will also dig deeper into what caused the limited thinking in the first place.  I will include specific techniques in combination with hypnosis in order to activate a more empowered and healthy mindset.

    This package includes a process called self-discovery along with hypnotic programming.  I will begin by addressing what a client is experiencing that is holding them back from living in peace and clarity.  Many clients choose to explore their spiritual goals in this session work.  It is very powerful in leading a client toward inner peace.

Heartache

    This package includes focus on releasing the emotional blocked energy around life events. Whether it be loosing a loved one, witnessing or experiencing abuse, divorce or emotionally charged break ups, it will address the underlying emotional state that keeps the client attached to the past. This session work will include specific hypnotherapy techniques that are very focused on releasing inner heartache and blocked energy around the specific event.

Strengthening Relationships

    This package includes focus on strengthening personal relationships. There are many reasons we find ourselves in situations that are difficult with a partner, spouse, friend or family member. Through the self-discovery process, I guide a client into awareness around what is needed to improve or bring peace to the relationship. I focus on helping individuals clarify what beliefs and patterns are creating self-sabotaging behaviors within these relationships, and then use several techniques to change the patterns, including hypnosis and self-discovery and often emotional release work.

Stress Reduction

    This package focuses on clearing and releasing stress. We live in a very high paced and demanding time. It is so important to relieve the stress we take on in order to free ourselves from the constant back and forth energy of staying in constant struggle. In this session work, I combine specific techniques for stress reduction. Along with a personal hypnotic recording to listen to every day, I will utilize EFT and other processes specific to calming the mind and relieving stress.

    This package focuses on techniques which guide you into Life-Mastery in several areas, including; personal and interpersonal relationships, purposeful living, gaining new awareness and insight around achievement of targeted and Dharmic centered living.  It includes Self-Discovery Coaching, Hypnotic Programming, Inner Child Regression work and various holistic healing techniques as needed to achieve  your goals.  This package helps you gain insight, clarity and confidence in moving forward with passion and focus.

Reiki

    Reiki is a spiritual healing art that has its roots in Japanese origin.  It involves a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy.  Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charging them with positive energy. It raises the vibratory level of the energy field in and around the physical body where the negative thoughts and feelings are attached. This causes the negative energy to break apart and fall away. In so doing, Reiki clears, straightens and heals the energy pathways, thus allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way

BARS

    A BARS session, is done by activating 32 electromagnetic points on the head to help clear the unconscious, blocked energy around them. Each session addresses limitations at their source by releasing the energy stored in the unconsciousness patterns around these points. As they are activated, the limited energy and thinking is released in order to make way for more clarity and awareness in one’s life.

    Emotional Freedom Technique is a very effective method to use to help my clients release deep emotional pain.  It is a great adjunct to hypnosis as it prepares the way for the client to access a calmer state during the hypnotic process.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How Does Hypnotherapy Work?

    Hypnotherapy works by lowering our brain wave state in order to allow our subconscious mind to receive suggestions for change.  It is a very natural state of mind.  We actually go into an Alpha brain wave state when we are doing a repetitive action that we really don't need to concentrate on.  For example, if you have ever been driving and find you have reached your destination without remembering how you got there, you are in this state of mind.  Theta is a deeper state, and is the state we are in right before drifting off to sleep at night.  During these times, our mind is much more responsive to suggestion.

  • Does Hypnosis Really Work?

    Yes, hypnosis is a powerful modality for change.  It works in accessing the subconscious mind where our deep beliefs are held.  The change clients see is directly reflective of the time and effort they are willing to put into listening to their recordings, and practicing daily techniques I give them during their session work.

  • What Do I Get With an In-Person Hypnotherapy Session?

    In-person hypnotherapy sessions are confidential, one on one appointments in a private office setting. Individual Hypnotherapy sessions are 2 hours in length, and will include an initial intake to discuss the client’s goals. A hypnotherapy service that will best fit the client’s needs will be determined by the practitioner at this time. If a client prefers to choose a particular service, they may request that at the time of booking.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Due to the nature of the session booking window, I have a strict no-show, cancellation and reschedule policy. You will receive a link 24 hours prior to your personal session with me if you need to reschedule. If you do not reschedule or cancel 24 hours in advance of your booked session time, please note that you will forfeit the full amount of the session.

  • What is an In-Person Holistic Healing Session?

    These sessions are one hour sessions that compliment hypnotherapy session work, and are delivered in-person only.


    Reiki healing, Access BARS, Chakra balancing, & Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).


  • What is included in Session Packages?

    Package sessions include integrating various hypnotherapy services such as; Personal Hypnotic Recordings with suggestions, Parts Hypnotherapy, Childhood Regression, Eye Movement Therapy, Coaching and Neuro-Linquistic Programming (NLP) to address a particular issue or concern at a deeper level. 

    These sessions allow the practitioner to address the clients concerns from different angels and deliver strong and effective results, though utilizing more than one service technique.

  • Do You Offer Remote Sessions?

    Yes, these sessions are safe, effective and confidential. Remote sessions are available through my office for those who prefer doing their hypnotherapy session work in the privacy of their own home. Simply select this option at the time of your booking and I will send you a link to join by ZOOM.  You must have a computer, headphones and a mic, and be able to have access to a quiet, private room during the session. 


    Please note that this option is only available for Hypnotherapy and Self Discovery Coaching sessions.

  • Am I Ever Out of Control?

    No.  You are never out of control during a hypnotherapy session.  The only suggestions you will receive, will be those we have discussed prior to hypnosis.  You are always in control, and often aware of what I'm saying as you rest comfortably in a recliner.  You may drift into a deeper state during the session work, and that is fine.  You will be very relaxed and comfortable at all times.  

  • How Many Sessions Would I Need?

    The techniques I use during session work are very individualized.  Depending on what you are trying to achieve, I offer different packages for your success.  Generally 1-3 sessions are needed for a specific goal.  Many clients choose to continue the self-discovery protocol for continued success, which includes further session work.
